摘  要:空间细胞培养装置是天基细胞学实验平台的重要组成设备,为航天医学空间实验研究提供在轨培养样本。根据空间站任务阶段开展航天医学研究需要,研制了一种集培养、观察、环境调控和重力对照一体化的空间站多功能细胞自动培养装置,并开展了仿真计算与测试验证。结果表明:多功能细胞自动培养装置各项功能指标均满足空间细胞培养要求。该装置已在中国空间站投入应用,并支撑完成了多批次空间细胞培养实验。Space cell culture device as an important component of space-based cytology experimental platform,provides on-orbit culture samples for space medical experiment researches.According to the needs of space medical research in the mission stage of the space station,a Multifunctional Cell Automatic Culture Device integrating culture,observation,environmental regulation and gravity con-trol was developed,and simulation calculation and test verification were carried out.The results showed that all functional indexes of the Multifunctional Cell Automatic Culture Device met the re-quirements of spatial cell culture.The device has been put into use in China Space Station,and has supported the completion of several batches of space cell culture experiments.
