摘 要:针对全流量补燃循环液氧甲烷发动机流量调节器起调过程,建立了流量调节器、涡轮泵等发动机组件起动过程数学模型,对发动机起动过程进行了仿真计算,分析了不同的流量调节器特性参数对发动机起动过程的影响。结果表明,起动过程中流量调节器会经历未起调—起调—稳态工作这3个过程,不合适的起动参数会造成流量调节器流量相较于节流窗口开度而超调,引起发动机各系统参数波动,对发动机结构形成压力冲击。通过适当增大流量调节器阻尼孔开度、推迟转初级起始时间可抑制超调现象以及发生器温度峰过高等危险情况,可提高发动机起动品质。Targeting the start-up process of the flow regulator of the full flow combustion cycle liquid oxygen methane engine,the mathematical model of the start-up process of the engine components such as the flow regulator and the turbopump were established.The simulation model of the start-up process was also established,and the influence of the characteristic parameters of the flow regulator on the start-up process of the engine was analyzed.The simulation results showed that the flow regu-lator underwent three processes including the non-start-up process,during start-up process and the steady-state operation process.The unsuitable start-up characteristic parameters could cause the flow of the flow regulator to overshoot compared to the opening of the throttling window,leading to the fluctuation of the parameters of the engine system,and forming a pressure impact to the engine structure.The engine start-up quality could be improved by appropriately increasing the damping hole of the flow regulator,postponing the conversion time of the flow regulator to suppress overshoot and the danger of over-high gas generator temperature peak.
