摘　　要：当前中国载人航天工程已全面进入空间站阶段,工程各大系统间的数据共享共用、科学与应用数据的推广利用、航天新技术试验与验证,以及重大科技与科学成果转化等现实需求,要求实现载人航天工程数据的长期、安全、可靠、有序、高效的存储与管理,面向工程各大系统用户、科学用户及公众用户提供便捷、安全的数据共享与服务。分析了国际空间站项目和NASA及ESA的数据管理现状,研究了中国载人航天工程数据管理的需求、目标和对象、现状、标准规范制定等内容,并开展了国内外比较与分析,提出了载人航天工程数据管理的启示和方案建议,助力推动工程数据管理工作创新发展。With Chinese Manned Space Program entering into the space station stage,many practi-cal demands have arisen such as the data sharing among different engineering systems,the promotion and utilization of the scientific and application data,the test and verification of new aerospace tech-nologies,the transformation of significant scientific and technical achievements,et al.Those practi-cal demands require a long-term,safe,reliable,orderly and efficient storage and management of the engineering data,as well as a convenient and safe data access and service for the engineering system users,scientific users,and public users.In this paper,the data management of the International Space Station(ISS)and the two largest aerospace organizations,i.e.,NASA and ESA were inves-tigated and analyzed.Researches on the management of the China Manned Spaceflight(CMS)engi-neering data were conducted in several topics,including the demands,the goals and the objects,the current status,and the released standards and specifications.Comparisons and analysis between the domestic and the foreign space data management were summarized.Several enlightenments and specific suggestions on the management of the CMS engineering data were put forward to regulate and guide the CMS engineering data management.
