摘　　要：应用成果管理是载人航天工程管理过程的重要环节,也是空间科学与应用成果产出和推广的必要步骤,对高效促进成果产出和转移转化,以及充分发挥载人航天工程的综合应用效益等具有重要意义。在分析载人航天应用成果的特点和分类,以及调查国外主要航天机构成果管理情况的基础上,重点综述了国际空间站针对应用成果在收集、归档、发布、共享、推广和成果使用等方面的方法和典型案例,分析了国际空间站应用成果管理方面的成功经验。结合中国载人航天应用成果管理的现状,提出了针对中国空间站应用发展阶段大规模空间科学与应用任务进行高效率和高标准成果管理的启示和建议。Utilization achievement management is not only an important part of the engineering process of manned spaceflight,but also a necessary step for the production and promotion of space science and utilization achievements.It is of great significance to efficiently improve the production and transfer of achievements,and to make comprehensive benefits of China Manned Space Program.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and classifications of the utilization achievements of man-ned spaceflight,as well as the achievement investigation of major foreign space agencies,the meth-ods and typical cases in the collection,archive,release,sharing,promotion and utilization were studied and the experience in the utilization achievement management of ISS was summarized.What’s more,according to the status of utilization achievement management of China Manned Spaceflight,the enlightenments and suggestions were put forward for high efficiency and high level achievement management of the large-scale space science and utilization missions in the operation and development stage of China Space Station.
