烧结配用加拿大赤铁精矿试验研究与实践

摘　　要：针对一种非主流矿-加拿大赤铁精开展了试验研究及生产实践。研究结果表明,加拿大赤铁精全铁品位较高,Al2O3含量较低,粒度细,制粒性能差;5%的加拿大赤铁精分别替代NM和南非粉进行烧结杯试验,其垂直烧结速度变慢,烧结生产率下降,同时,烧结矿转鼓指数均上升,成品率提高,固体燃耗下降。工业生产实践表明,烧结配用5%的加拿大赤铁精,烧结机大烟道负压小幅升高,机速略有降低,对生产影响小,能提高烧结矿全铁品位,降低Al_(2)O_(3)含量,有利于高炉顺行及节能降耗。In order to reduce the cost of sintering and expand iron ore resources,sintering test and production practice of canadian hematite concentrate were carried out,which is a non mainstream ore-hematite from Canada.The results show that the Canadian hematite concentrate has high total iron grade,low Al2O3 content,fine particle size and poor granulation performance.Sintering test of 5%Canadian hematite respectively substitutes NM and South African fine were carried out,Its vertical sintering speed slows down,and the sintering productivity decreases,the drum index of sinter increases,the yield increases,and the solid fuel consumption decreases.Industrial production practice shows that when 5%Canadian hematite is used for sintering,the suction negative pressure of the large flue of the sintering machine increases slightly,and the machine speed decreases slightly,which has little impact on production.It can improve TFe content,adn reduce the Al2O3 content,which is good for the smooth operation of the blast furnace and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
