摘 要:针对轴流式压缩机,分析了叶片根部裂纹原因,并通过优化防喘振线和加装阻塞线,防范了叶片根部断裂问题的发生,保障了机组平稳高效运行。Blast furnace blower mainly uses axial flow compressor,dynamic and static blades are its core components,but due to the actual situation of the site,such as wear,corrosion,operation,maintenance,special abnormal conditions,material defects,processing quality and so on May lead to blade fatigue,failure,blade fracture and other conditions,resulting in irreparable catastrophic accidents.In this paper,the causes of blade root crack are analyzed for axial flow compressor,and the occurrence of blade root fracture is prevented by optimizing anti-surge line and installing blocking line,so as to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the unit.
