摘　　要：农业农村现代化是建设农业强国的应有之义,是促进农民农村共同富裕的内在要求。中国农业农村现代化是中国式现代化理论在“三农”实践中的成功运用,是历史逻辑与现实逻辑的辩证统一,是向世界贡献的解决“三农”问题的中国方案。当前,中国农业农村现代化仍面临着诸多挑战,如安全性主动权要求更高、城乡要素资源配置不平衡的再平衡难度更大、资源与生态双刚性约束更强、农民持续增收压力更大,等等。深入推进中国农业农村现代化,要全方位夯实粮食安全根基,把握主动权,增强发展安全性;加快畅通城乡要素流动,促进乡村全面振兴;增强农业科技与改革的双轮驱动力,提高全要素生产率和农业竞争力;构建生态优先、节约集约的农业生产体系,推动形成绿色低碳生产方式;发展县域富民产业,多措并举促进农民农村共同富裕;建设宜居宜业和美乡村,让农村具备现代生活条件。Modernization of agriculture and rural areas is essential for accelerating China's transformation into an agricultural powerhouse,it is an endogenous requirement to promote farmers'common prosperity in rural areas.Chinese path to agricultural and rural modernization is a successful application of Chinese path to modernization theory in the practice of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,it is the dialectical unity of historical logic and realistic logic,it is a Chinese approach that contributes to solving the"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"issues to the world.Currently,the Chinese path to agricultural and rural modernization is still facing many challenges,such as higher requirements for security initiatives,greater difficulty in rebalancing the imbalance in the allocation of urban and rural factors and resources,more rigid constraints on resources and ecology,and greater pressure on farmers to increase their income continuously,etc.To deepen Chinese path to agricultural and rural modernization,We should reinforce the foundation of food security in all aspects,seize the initiative to enhance security,accelerate the smooth flow of urban and rural factors and push forward all-round rural vitalization,enhance the two-wheel drive of agricultural science and technology and reform to improve total factor productivity and agricultural competitiveness,build an ecologically prioritized,energy-saving and intensive agricultural production system,and promote the formation of green and low-carbon production methods,develop county industries to enrich the people and take multiple measures at the same time to promote common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,build a beautiful and harmonious countryside where people want to live and work,and equip the countryside with modern living conditions.
