摘 要:炉膛出口烟温是锅炉设计、校核的重要参数,但目前常用的热力计算方法应用于高原燃气锅炉炉膛出口烟温的计算均有一定局限性,有必要开发适用于高原地区燃气锅炉的热力计算方法。以WNS2-1.25-Q型燃气锅炉为研究对象,基于数值模拟和热力计算相互对比验证的方法,探究了现有热力计算方法用于计算高原燃气锅炉炉膛出口烟温的准确性,进一步分析了海拔高度变化对炉膛出口烟温、辐射换热量和对流换热量的影响。结果表明:相关文献报道中均未给出苏联73标准和《燃油燃气锅炉》一书中简化方法中的核心系数M和C的选取准则,直接应用于高原燃气锅炉炉膛出口烟温的计算有一定的局限性,且和数值模拟结果相比偏差较大;炉膛传热基本方程计算的炉膛出口烟温和模拟值的变化趋势一致,且二者最大偏差在1.5%以内,该热力计算方法可为高原燃气锅炉的设计和优化提供参考;随着海拔的升高,炉膛出口烟温升高,辐射换热量降低,对流换热量升高。The flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is an important parameter for boiler design and verification.However,the current thermal calculation methods have certain limitations in the calculation of the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet of plateau gas-fired boiler.Hence,it is necessary to develop a thermal calculation method of plateau gas-fired boiler.In this study,the WNS2-1.25-Q gas-fired boiler is taken as the research object.Based on the comparison and verification method of numerical simulation and thermodynamic calculation,the applicability of the existing thermodynamic calculation method for calculating flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is explored,and the effects of altitude on the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet,radiation heat transfer and convection heat transfer are studied.The results show that the relevant literature reports don’t give the selection method of the core coefficient M of Soviet Union 73 standard and C of Oil/Gas-Fired Boilers,which have certain limitations in calculating the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet of the plateau gas-fired boiler,and the maximum error is larger than numerical simulation.The flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet calculated by the basic equation of furnace heat transfer presents the same changing tendency with numerical simulation,and the maximum deviation is less than 1.5%.The thermal calculation method can provide a reference for the design and optimization of gas-fired boilers in plateau;With the increase of altitude,the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet increases,the radiation heat transfer decreases,and the convection heat transfer increases.
