摘 要:再热蒸汽温度的合理调节和控制是确保大型电站锅炉运行可靠性和经济性的重要措施。烟气挡板是大型电站锅炉中应用最广泛的再热蒸汽温度调节方法,挡板的阻力特性直接影响锅炉实际运行过程中再热蒸汽温度调节的准确性。以应用于1000 MW超超临界锅炉的烟气挡板为研究对象,通过烟气挡板阻力特性试验研究,得到了不同负荷下不同开度挡板的阻力特性。研究成果可为大型电站锅炉汽温调节系统设计与运行控制优化提供依据。Reasonable regulation and control of reheated steam temperature is an important measure to ensure the reliability and economy of large utility boilers.The flue gas damper is the most widely used method for regulating the reheated steam temperature in large utility boilers.The resistance characteristics of the flue gas damper directly affect the accuracy of reheated steam temperature regulation during the operation of the boiler.Taking the flue gas damper applied in the 1000 MW ultra supercritical boiler as the research object,the resistance characteristics of the flue damper with different openings under different loads were obtained based on the experimental research.The research results can provide a basis for the design and operation control optimization of large utility boilers and their reheated steam temperature control systems.
