摘  要:针对机组深度调峰运行工况严重偏离设计工况,主辅设备存在适应性问题,结合具体实例,分析了燃煤机组深度调峰工况下锅炉送风系统的运行适应性。结果表明:深度调峰时送风机出力小,二次风压力低,送风系统适应性较差,存在二次风量波动、热风再循环失效以及风机运行效率低等问题,影响机组安全经济运行。据此提出了相应的运行调整、设备改造对策。深度调峰下送风系统的运行适应性应引起重视。The operating conditions of deep peak shaving deviate greatly from the design conditions,and the main and auxiliary equipments of units meet many adaptive problems.Combined with specific examples,the operation adaptability of the forced draft system of boiler under deep peak shaving condition was analyzed.The adaptability of the forced draft system is poor because of small output of forced draft fans and low pressure of the secondary air under deep peak shaving.The main problems are fluctuations of the secondary air volume,failure of hot air recirculation and low operation efficiency of forced draft fans,which affect the safety and economy of units.The corresponding countermeasures such as operation regulation and retrofit of equipments are put forward accordingly.Attentions should be paid to the operation adaptability of the forced draft system under deep peak shaving.
