摘 要:回收粉是沥青混合物生产的主要副产品,其回收利用对保护环境和节约资源具有重要意义。为了探究回收粉在半刚性基层中规模化利用的可行性,研究了掺量对水泥稳定碎石力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,回收粉的掺加对水泥稳定碎石击实特性和力学强度影响显著,表现在最大干密度随掺量先增加后小幅下降,而最佳含水率随着掺量剧增,掺量大于4%以后趋于稳定;无侧限抗压强度随着回收粉掺量的增加而呈现抛物线趋势,并且存在最佳的回收粉掺量;劈裂强度随回收粉掺量线性增加。Recycled powder is the main side product in producing asphalt mixtures,and its recycling and reuse have an important significance for protecting the environment and saving resources.To explore the feasibility of the large-scale utilization of recycled powder in the semi-rigid foundation,this paper studied the influencing law of its content on the mechanical properties of the cement stabilized macadam.The results showed that adding recycled powder significantly affected the compaction characteristics and mechanical strength of the cement stabilized macadam.Specifically,with the increasing content of recycled powder,the maximum dry density initially increased and then slightly decreased,while the optimal water content dramatically increased and tended to be stable after the content was over 4%.The unconfined compressive strength showed a parabolic trend with the increase of recycled powder,and there was the optimum content.However,the splitting strength increased linearly with the increasing content of recycling powder.
