摘  要:为了研究石粉掺量对机制砂水泥砂浆流变性的影响,采用静动态结合的流变测试方法开展了在不同石粉掺量下的屈服应力、蠕变恢复、动力黏度、触变性能等流变参数的测试。结果表明:水泥砂浆的屈服应力随着石粉掺量的增加而不断变大;蠕变在加载前60 s内,水泥砂浆的偏角增大,在第60 s卸载外力的瞬间,偏角出现了短暂的恢复,而后保持恒定;蠕变恢复能力随着石粉掺量的增加而增强;水泥砂浆的动力黏度出现了剪切变稀的现象,石粉掺量的增加使水泥砂浆的黏度变稠;在触变性试验中随着石粉掺量的增多,积分后触变环的面积变小,即自我恢复能力变强。To study the effect of the content of stone powder on the rheological properties of the manufactured sand cement mortar,this paper used dynamic and static methods to test the rheological parameters such as yield stress,creep recovery,dynamic viscosity,and thixotropy under different contents of stone powder.The results showed that the yield stress of the cement mortar continuously increased with the increase of the content of the stone powder.As for the creep,within 60 s of the loading time,the deflection angle of the cement mortar was large,and at the moment of unloading the force at 60 s,the deflection angle recovered briefly and then remained constant.The creep recovery was improved with the increase of the content of the stone powder.The dynamic viscosity of the cement mortar appeared the phenomenon of shear thinning,and adding stone powder could thicken the viscosity of the cement mortar.With the increase of the stone powder,the area of the thixotropic ring became smaller,that is,the self-recovery performance became stronger.
