摘 要:为了研究自制水泥基渗透结晶防水材料(CCCW)对混凝土抗压强度、自修复性能的影响,制备了基准混凝土、CCCW掺量0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%的混凝土试件,通过抗压强度试验研究了不同掺量下自制CCCW对混凝土的抗压强度影响规律,通过抗压强度恢复率、抗渗恢复率研究了自制CCCW掺量为1%时对混凝土自修复性能的影响。结果显示:随着CCCW掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度不断增强,掺量达到1%后,强度增强效果趋于稳定;水泥混凝土自身具有一定的自修复能力,CCCW的加入可以明显改善混凝土自修复效果,且受损状态对后期强度恢复影响较大,受损越严重恢复率越低。To study the influences of the self-made cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof material(CCCW)on the compressive strength and self-repairing properties of the concrete,this paper prepared concrete specimens with CCCW content of 0%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,and 1.2%.The influencing law of different contents of self-made CCCW on the compressive strength was studied by the compressive strength test,and the influence of 1%CCCW on the self-repairing properties of the concrete was studied by the compressive strength recovery rate and impermeability recovery rate.The results showed that with the increase of the CCCW content,the compressive strength of the concrete was continuously improved,and since the CCCW content reached 1%,the improvement effect tended to be stable.The cement concrete had a certain self-repairing ability,however,adding CCCW could significantly improve the self-repairing effect.The damage situation had a great influence on the later strength recovery,and the more serious the damage,the lower the recovery rate.
