摘  要:以浮山县丞相河特大桥为依托工程,通过采用Midas FEA有限元软件建立外倾索面矮塔斜拉桥拉索区横梁空间有限元实体分析模型并对拉索和横梁钢束张拉进行施工控制分析研究。研究结果表明:拉索和横梁钢束必须经过分阶段交替张拉才能保证横梁在张拉施工过程中不至于发生结构开裂破坏现象,“五步”张拉法能有效控制主梁索梁锚固区复杂的三向应力状态,对类似索梁锚固结构施工控制具有一定理论及实践指导意义。Based on the Chengxiang River Bridge in Fushan County,this paper used the Midas FEA finite element software to establish a solid spatial model of the beam in the cable zone of the short-tower cable-stayed bridge with the extroverted cable plane to analyze the tension construction control of the cable and steel beam.The results showed that the cable and steel beam had to be alternately tensioned in different stages to ensure that the structural cracking failure would not appear during the tensioning process of the steel beam.The"five-step"tension method can effectively control the complex three-dimensional stress state in the cable-girder anchorage zone of the main beam,which provided a certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction control of similar cable-girder anchorage structures.
