藤黄健骨胶囊联合利塞膦酸钠对原发性骨质疏松患者骨代谢疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨藤黄健骨胶囊联合利塞膦酸钠对原发性骨质疏松患者骨代谢的影响。方法选取2022年6月-2022年12月在我院收治的符合纳入标准的原发性骨质疏松患者80例,随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组选用利塞膦酸钠单药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合藤黄健骨胶囊进行治疗。通过观察两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、骨密度、血清甲状旁腺素(PTH)、Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、血清学抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(Tracp5b)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BALP)及25羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3]指标变化。结果 治疗组患者总有效率(87.18%)高于对照组(63.15%)(P <0.05);治疗后两组VAS、血清BALP、PIPN、PTH、Tracp5b水平较治疗前降低(P <0.01),骨密度、25-(OH)D3水平较治疗前升高(P <0.01);治疗组VAS、BALP、PIPN、PTH、Tracp5b水平显著低于对照组(P <0.01),骨密度、25-(OH)D3水平显著高于对照组(P <0.01)。结论 藤黄健骨胶囊联合利塞膦酸钠对原发性骨质疏松患者治疗效果显著,能显著缓解患者疼痛症状,改善骨代谢指标,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with risedronate sodium on bone metabolism in patients with primary osteoporosis.Methods Eighty patients with primary osteoporosis who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to Wuwei People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received monotherapy with risedronate sodium,while the treatment group received combined therapy with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules in addition to risedronate sodium.Changes in visual analog scale(VAS)score,bone mineral density,serum parathyroid hormone(PTH),N-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen(PINP),tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b(Tracp5b),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BALP),and 25-hydroxyvitamin D 3[25-(OH)D 3]were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.18%,significantly higher than 63.15%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score,serum BALP,PINP,PTH,and Tracp5b levels decreased compared with those before treatment,while bone mineral density and 25-(OH)D 3 levels increased(P<0.01).The treatment group had significantly lower levels of VAS,BALP,PINP,PTH,and Tracp5b than the control group,and significantly higher levels of bone mineral density and 25-(OH)D 3(P<0.01).Conclusion Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with risedronate sodium have significant therapeutic effects in patients with primary osteoporosis,which can effectively alleviate pain symptoms and improve bone metabolism indicators.Therefore,they are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
