摘　　要：人口老龄化加剧,老年瘙痒性皮肤病患者的数量逐年增加。老年人因五脏功能渐衰,多有气血瘀滞、阴津不足之象,且合并多种基础疾病,所患皮肤病迁延难愈。根据老年皮肤病病因病机特点在治疗上将中医治法的“补”“清”法巧妙结合,运用补肾健脾、清热养阴、解毒活血法论治老年瘙痒性皮肤病,效果良好,丰富了中医药治疗老年瘙痒性皮肤病的经验。With the aging of the population,the elderly patients with itching skin diseases are increasing year by year.Due to the gradual weakening of the zang-organ functions,the elderly generally present qi stagnation,blood stasis,and deficiency of yin and body fluid,which,combined with a variety of basic diseases,make the skin diseases refractory.According to the pathogenesis characteristics of skin diseases in the elderly,tonifying and clearing therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can be combined to treat such diseases.The specific therapies include tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,clearing heat and nourishing yin,and removing toxin and activating blood,which demonstrate definite effects and enrich the experience in TCM treatment of itching skin diseases in the elderly.
