摘　　要：目的 通过数据挖掘的方法分析周恩超教授治疗糖尿病肾病(DKD)的中药组方规律。方法 收集周恩超教授2014年5月-2022年5月于江苏省中医院治疗DKD的处方,采用频数分析、关联规则及聚类分析等数据挖掘方法分析,总结归纳其证治规律。结果 共筛选处方108首,处方用药155种,累计用药频次1 912次,其中24种中药使用大于26频次。频次较高的是黄芪(103次)、山茱萸(101次)、川芎(90次)和土鳖虫(83次),药物类别频次前3位的是清热药(34次)、补虚药(23次)、利水渗湿药(17次),药性和药味频次前3位的分别是寒(59次)、温(41次)、平(38次)和甘(79次)、苦(69次)、辛(59次),药物归经前3位的是肝经(88次)、脾经(56次)、肺经(53次)。聚类分析可将高频药物分为3类,关联规则分析显示核心药对为黄芪-山茱萸-川芎。结论 周恩超教授治疗DKD以益气、养阴、化瘀和清热药品为主,随症加减泄浊解毒与祛风涩精药,体现其“健脾补肾、活血清利”的学术特点。Objective To explore Chinese medicine medication rules used by Professor ZHOU Enchao in treating diabetic kidney disease(DKD)based on data mining.Methods Data of prescriptions formulated by Professor ZHOU Enchao for DKD at Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to May 2022 were collected.Data mining techniques,including frequency analysis,association rules,and cluster analysis,were employed to identify and summarize the rules of syndromes and treatment.Results A total of 108 prescriptions were included,consisting of 155 drugs,with a cumulative usage frequency of 1912 times.Among them,24 drugs were used more than 26 times.The high-frequency drugs included Astragali Radix(103),Corni Fructus(101),Chuanxiong Rhizoma(90),and Eupolyphaga Steleophaga(83).In terms of efficacy,the top 3 drugs were heat-clearing drugs(34),deficiency-tonifying drugs(23),and urination-promoting and dampness-draining drugs(17).In terms of nature,the top 3 drugs were cold drugs(59),warm drugs(41),and neutral drugs(38),while in terms of flavor,the top 3 drugs were sweet drugs(79),bitter drugs(69),and pungent drugs(59).In terms of meridian tropism,the drugs mainly acted on the liver meridian(88),spleen meridian(56),and lung meridian(53).Cluster analysis grouped high-frequency drugs into three categories,and association rule analysis revealed the core drug combination of Astragali Radix-Corni Fructus-Chuanxiong Rhizoma.Conclusion Professor ZHOU Enchao's approach to treating DKD primarily involves reinforcing qi,nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation,and clearing heat.According to the syndromes,the prescriptions are modified with the turbid-descending and toxin-removing drugs and wind-dispelling and discharge-arresting drugs.This treatment strategy reflects Professor ZHOU Enchao's academic emphasis on"strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys,promoting blood circulation and clearing obstructions".
