摘  要:斑马鱼是一种和哺乳动物有着相似生物结构和功能的实验动物,因其具有体积小、易饲养、发育快速、繁殖力强、便于观察等优势,广泛应用于医药研究领域。斑马鱼模式生物有着体内外模型相结合的优势特点,近些年,将斑马鱼模型用于中药领域的研究逐渐增多,其作为一种模式生物,能够通过高通量筛选,系统地评价中药中的毒性成分及药效活性。本文通过对近五年来相关文献的查阅整理,总结了斑马鱼的优势特点,归纳其在中药毒性和安全性评价、中药活性成分和药效评价及中药药物代谢评价三个方面的研究进展,为中药安全性和有效性评价提供不同的方法和技术。Zebrafish is an experimental animal with similar biological structures and functions to mammals.Due to its small size,easy maintenance,rapid development,strong reproductive capacity,and ease of observation,it is widely used in the field of medical research.Zebrafish as a model organism combines advantages of both in vivo and in vitro models.In recent years,the use of zebrafish models in Chinese medicine research has gradually increased.As a model organism,it can be used for high-throughput screening and systematic evaluation of toxic components and pharmacological activities in Chinese medicine.By reviewing and summarizing relevant literature from the past five years,this study highlighted the advantages of zebrafish and summarized its research progress in three aspects:toxicity and safety evaluation of Chinese medicine,evaluation of active components and pharmacological effects of Chinese medicine,and evaluation of Chinese medicine metabolism.These findings provide different methods and techniques for the safety and efficacy evaluation of Chinese medicine.
