摘　　要：总结徐福松教授从心肾论治前列腺癌去势治疗后诸症的临床经验。认为本病以肾虚为本,累及于心,终致心肾失交,气血精神失调,诸症丛生。根据病机演变特点,总结本病前期为肾阴亏虚,癸水不足,难以上济心火,形成以肾虚为本、心火为标之本虚标实证,治当滋肾清心、清补兼施、标本兼顾,方以六味地黄丸合二至丸配伍清心降火之品;后期肾精日损,心失所养,气血精神失调,重在益肾养心、精神同调、气血并补,方以五子衍宗丸配伍补养心气之品。同时强调慎用补肾助阳之品,谨防癌毒复发。This paper introduced professor XU Fusong's experience in the treatment of various symptoms after castration therapy of prostate cancer from the perspective of heart and kidney.It is believed that the disease is rooted in kidney deficiency,which then involves the heart,and eventually leads to the heart and kidney out of interaction,qi,blood,essence and spirit disharmony,and various symptoms.According to the evolution of pathogenesis,in the early stage of the disease,the kidney yin depletion and guishui(癸水)insufficiency make it difficult to help clear heart fire,resulting in root deficiency and branch excess syndrome,that is kidney deficiency as root and heart fire as branch,which could be treated with the method of nourishing the kidney and clearing heart,clearing while supple⁃menting,dealing with both root and branch simultaneously,using Liuwei Dihuang Pill and Erzhi Pill(六味地黄丸合二至丸)and medicinals with the function of clearing heart and subduing fire.In the later stage,kidney essence is lost gradually while the heart loses its nourishment,and the qi,blood,essence and spirit are fully disordered,so it is im⁃portant to tonify kidney and nourish heart,harmonize essence and spirit,and tonify qi and blood simultaneously.Wuzi Yanzong Pill(五子衍宗丸)combined with herbs having the function of tonifying heart and qi could be used.At the same time,it is emphasized that the herbs which can tonify kidney and warm yang should be used cautiously to pre⁃vent the recurrence of cancer.
