摘　　要：医学对疾病的认识和治疗始于“症”,“对症治疗”是临床取得疗效的捷径,但长期取效则需建立在正确把握病机的基础上。基于辨机论治从识症辨机、症随机变、病症机结合等角度探讨“对症治疗”。提出借助现代技术手段,从中医学角度认识病变部位微观结构、功能变化的机理,将微观理化指标与整体证候相联系,可突破无症可辨的束缚,丰富临床诊疗疾病手段,甚至可在疾病早期通过治疗微观之“症”而逆转病变。临床做到病-症-机一体化辨治,才能全面认识和诊治疾病,避免以偏概全,从而突出中医特色疗效。The understanding and treatment of disease begin with“symptoms”.“Symptomatic treatment”is a shortcut to obtain clinical efficacy,but long-term effect depends on whether the pathogenesis is well understood.On the basis of long-term clinical practice,“symptom”is the external realization of the pathogenesis,and the pathogenesis serves as the key factor determining the development of the disease.This paper discussed“symptomatic treatment”from the perspectives of differentiating pathogenesis from symptoms,symptoms changing with the pathogenesis,and integrating disease,symptoms and pathogenesis based on the theory of treatment according to pathogenesis differentia⁃tion.With the help of modern technology,the mechanism of microstructure and function change of the lesion could be understood from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).After integrating the micro physical and chemical indicators with the whole syndrome,the shackles of symptom differentiation could be broken through,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment way enriched,and even the disease is reversed by treating the micro“symptom”at the early stage of the disease.Only by integrating disease,symptom and pathogenesis,can we fully understand,diagnose and treat the disease comprehensively,avoiding overgeneralization and highlighting the unique effect of TCM.
