摘　　要：受区位、自然条件、生态管控等多重影响,我国生态功能区乡村“三生”脆弱性突出,制约了乡村振兴战略的实施。基于“三生”系统和韧性理念,建构生态功能区乡村“三生”脆弱性评估体系,以典型生态功能区西藏自治区昌都市为例,识别“三生”系统协调性、适应性、组织性薄弱环节,解析生产、生活、生态脆弱主导型和多元脆弱复合型村庄的空间分布特征及脆弱性治理需求,从韧性提升视角,提出“分区统筹—体系重构—精准供给”的乡村脆弱性空间治理策略,并衔接国土空间规划,形成宏观统筹布局、中观精准供给、微观实施反馈的规划衔接体系,确保治理策略的可实施性。Affected by location,natural conditions and ecological control,rural Production-Living-Ecological(PLE)vulnerability in ecological function areas in China is prominent,which has become a weak point in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the PLE system and resilience perspective,the system identification and resilience management method of rural vulnerability in Chamdo,Tibet Autonomous region,a typical ecological function area,is constructed and applied.In order to identify the weak links of system coordination,adaptability and organization,the method of vulnerability assessment of rural PLE in ecological function area is constructed.Furthermore,the spatial distribution characteristics and the needs of vulnerability management of PLE fragile villages and multi-fragile complex villages are analyzed.From the perspective of resilience improvement,the spatial governance strategy of rural vulnerability is proposed,which is"zoning coordination-system reconstruction-accurate provision",and is connected with territorial space planning to ensure the application and implementation of the governance strategy.
