摘　　要：阐述了东北大农业地区乡镇人口大量流失、经济结构单一、产业活力不足等问题,从发展定位选择、产业发展路径、用地指标分配、居民点重构和人居环境提升5个方面探析东北大农业地区乡镇级国土空间规划编制的重点、难点,在此基础上提出相应的规划对策,并结合齐齐哈尔市梅里斯达斡尔族区达呼店镇的实践,剖析东北大农业地区乡镇级国土空间规划编制应重点关注的内容,以期为东北大农业地区的乡镇发展提供思路。The problems of large population loss,single economic structure and insufficient industrial vitality in the townships of northeast China's large agricultural areas are explained,and the key points and difficulties of township territorial space planning in northeast China's large agricultural areas from five aspects are explored:development orientation,industrial development path,land use allocation,settlement reconfiguration and habitat improvement.It also combines the practice of Dagurdian township in Meilisi Daur district of Qiqihar city to explore the focus of township territorial space planning,with a view to providing ideas for the development of townships in northeast China's large agricultural areas.
