摘　　要：朱毛胜利会师作为井冈山斗争伟大实践的标志性历史事件,对整个中国革命的发展,有着极其伟大和深远的历史意义。朱毛的胜利会师,是在坚定信仰的共同追求、建军精神的思想共鸣、忠诚于党的党性修养、精诚团结的共同品格、坚定不移的革命意志等多重因素的综合作用下促成的。深入分析其成功的多重因素及其积淀的红色基因,可以为弘扬中国共产党人的精神谱系和传承红色基因、赓续红色血脉提供丰厚的精神营养,为新时代更好地把握井冈山精神、传承中国革命传统发掘出历史底蕴。As a landmark historical event in the great practice of struggle at Jinggang Mountains,the victorious confluence of Mao Zedong and Zhu De had extremely great and far-reaching historical significance for the development of the entire Chinese revolution.The victorious confluence of Mao Zedong and Zhu De was facilitated by a combination of multiple factors,such as the common pursuit of firm faith,the resonance of military spirit,the cultivation of loyalty to the Party's Party spirit,the common character of sincere unity,and unwavering revolutionary will.An in-depth analysis of its success factors and accumulated red genes can provide rich spiritual nutrition for carrying forward the spiritual pedigree of the Chinese Communists,inheriting the red genes,and continuing the red blood,and dig out historical heritage for better grasping the Jinggang Mountains Spirit and inheriting the Chinese revolutionary tradition in the new era.
