摘 要:目的:探讨Heider平衡理论引导下健康教育对风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术患者的影响。方法:将2021年6月1日~2022年6月30日收治的180例风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各90例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施Heider平衡理论引导下的健康教育。比较两组并发症发生率,干预前后心理弹性[采用康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)]、压力感知[采用压力感知量表(PSS)和抑郁-焦虑-压力自评量表(DASS)]及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组CD-RISC各维度评分均高于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组PSS、DASS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Heider平衡理论引导下健康教育可改善风湿性心脏病瓣膜置换术患者的心理弹性,缓解负性情绪,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of health education guided by Heider balance theory in patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing valve replacement.Methods:A total of 180 patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing valve replacement admitted from June 1,2021 to June 30,2022 were according to the random number table method divided into the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education guided by Heider balance theory on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,psychological resilience by Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),pressure sensing by Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS),and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of dimensions of Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were higher in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of Perceived Stress Scale(PSS)and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS)were lower in both groups than those before interventionin(P<0.05).And those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education guided by Heider balance theory can improve the psychological resilience,reduce the negative emotions and enhance the nursing satisfaction in patients with rheumatic heart disease undergoing valve replacement.
