中药敷贴联合小儿推拿对功能性腹痛患儿临床症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药敷贴、小儿推拿联合治疗功能性腹痛(FAP)患儿的效果。方法 采用随机数表法将医院2021年1月~2022年1月收治的FAP患儿100例分为2组,各50例。对照组采用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗,基于此,观察组加用中药敷贴联合小儿推拿治疗,均治疗14d。比较两组治疗效果、症状积分及生活质量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各项症状积分均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 中药敷贴、小儿推拿联合治疗FAP患儿效果满意,可有效改善患儿临床症状及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with pediatric massage on the treatment of functional abdominal pain(FAP)in children.Methods 100 children with FAP admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into 2 groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsule.Based on this,the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine paste combined with pediatric massage for 14 days.The therapeutic effect,symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,all dimensions of SF-36 scores in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine application and pediatric massage is effective in treating FAP children,and can effectively improve their clinical symptoms and quality of life.
