摘  要:建立利用高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定分散黄82含量的方法。色谱柱为Waters SunFire^(TM) C_(18)(5μm 4.6×250 mm),荧光检测器的激发波长为425 nm,发射波长495 nm,流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-水(体积比50∶20∶30),流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样体积10μL。分散黄82的进样质量浓度在30~3000μg/L时,峰面积与进样浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为r=0.9995,回收率为98.26%~100.23%,回收率测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.82%(n=5)。A method to determine Disperse Yellow 82 content by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection was established.Chromatographic column:Waters SunFire^(TM) C_(18)(5μm 4.6×250 mm);the excitation wavelength of the fluorescence detector was 425 nm and the emission wavelength was 495 nm;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-water(volume ratio 50∶20∶30);the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min;the column temperature was 30℃;and the injection volume was 10μL.When the injection concentration of Disperse Yellow 82 was 30-3000μg/L,there was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of the sample,the correlation coefficient was 0.9995,the recovery rate was 98.26%-100.23%,and the RSD of the recovery rate was 0.82%(n=5).
