摘 要:半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝和层间病害问题是其耐久性劣化的主要原因。以半刚性基层沥青路面的层间病害防治技术为研究背景,对纤维沥青碎石柔性下封层施工工艺、施工质量检测开展研究,依托工程铺筑了纤维沥青碎石柔性下封层试验段(包括路基段和桥面段),验证了纤维沥青碎石柔性下封层的现场应用效果,完善了柔性下封层的施工工艺;并基于全寿命周期成本对纤维沥青碎石柔性封层和传统同步碎石封层的经济效益进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:纤维沥青碎石柔性下封层相比传统同步碎石封层有着更好的层间黏结能力,纤维沥青碎石柔性封层相对于传统同步碎石封层其成本仅增加了16%左右,但是其等效年度费用相比传统同步碎石封层减少了46%左右。The reflection cracks and interlayer diseases of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement are the main reasons for its durability deterioration.Taking the interlayer disease prevention and control technology for the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement as the research background,the construction technology and construction quality test of the flexible lower seal layer of fiber asphalt crushed stone are studied.Based on the engineering,the test section(including roadbed section and bridge deck section) of the flexible lower seal layer of fiber asphalt crushed stone is paved,so as to verify the on-site application effect of the flexible lower seal layer of fiber asphalt crushed stone and improve the construction technology of the flexible lower seal layer;and based on the full life cycle cost,the comparative analysis is made on the economic benefits of the flexible seal layer of fiber asphalt crushed stone and the seal layer of the traditional synchronous crushed stone.The experimental results show that:the flexible lower seal layer of fiber asphalt crushed stone has better interlayer bonding ability compared to the seal layer of the traditional synchronous crushed stone.The cost of the flexible lower seal layer of fiber asphalt crushed stone is only about 16% higher than the seal layer of the traditional synchronous crushed stone,but its equivalent annual cost is reduced by about 46% compared to the seal layer of the traditional synchronous crushed stone.
