摘  要:四川盆地开江梁平海槽东侧飞仙关组碳酸盐岩气藏的勘探开发目前面临着高含硫、高压、高温、钻井效率低等挑战,迫切需要解决安全钻井、高效提速等难题,使用常规钻探方法具有一定风险且效率较低。以川东北高含硫地区气田为研究对象,从储层品质、钻井品质、完井品质三方面着手,运用地质工程一体化思路与技术对气藏开发进行研究。开展综合地质研究和模型建立,优化钻前地质设计和井位部署;从钻井过程中遇到的复杂情况进行分析,解决强研磨地层、多弱面地层、高压盐水层的钻井安全提速问题;针对含气目的层,优化酸化、压裂提产方案,实现高含硫气藏的安全高效开采。研究结果表明:地质工程一体化技术的成功应用,为特殊地质条件引起的井涌、井塌、井漏、高抗钻及难压裂等工程问题提供了有效预测,保障了高含硫气藏方案设计及实施的科学决策依据,缩短了钻井和建产周期,初步实现了气藏开发初期的效益突破。In order to solve the problems of high sulfur content,high pressure,high temperature,low conventional drilling efficiency,safe drilling and high speed increase,the gas fields of Feixianguan Formation carbonate gas reservoirs in northeast Sichuan are studied from three aspects:reservoir quality,drilling quality and well completion quality.Starting from the comprehensive geological research and model establishment,the pre-drilling geological design and well location deployment are optimized,and the complex situations encountered in the drilling process are analyzed,so as to solve the problem of safe drilling speed acceleration in the strongly abrasive formation,multi-weak surface formation and high-pressure salt water formation.Aiming at the gas bearing target layer,an optimized acidizing and fracturing scheme is proposed to achieve safe and efficient production of high sulfur gas reservoirs.The research results show that the application of geoengineering integration technology provides an effective prediction for the engineering problems caused by special geological conditions such as well kick,well collapse,well loss,high drilling resistance and refractory fracturing,guarantees the scientific decision-making basis for the design and implementation of high sulfur gas reservoir,shortens the drilling and production cycle,and initially realizes the benefit breakthrough in the initial stage of gas reservoir development.
