摘 要:为了获得烧结法制备保温材料发泡剂的选择依据,为高温烧结法制备保温材料提供可利用的规律,以山西某公司提供的赤泥为主要原料,通过双氧水室温发泡和高温发泡剂在煅烧过程中的二次发泡,制备赤泥基保温材料。通过选用发泡温度不同的高温发泡剂、加入影响赤泥保温材料液相形成温度的无定型SiO_(2)和陶瓷抛光废料调节保温材料烧结过程中液相形成温度,研究烧结过程中组织组成变化、保温材料导热系数、吸水率和抗压强度,探讨保温材料制备过程中液相形成温度与高温发泡剂的发泡温度间的匹配关系。结果表明高温发泡剂分解温度应该在基体软化温度以上,两个温度越接近,形成的材料导热系数越低。优化条件下高温发泡剂保温材料的导热系数为0.2832 W/(m·K),抗压强度为6.79 MPa。Using red mud provided by a company in Shanxi as the main raw material,red mud based thermal insulation material was prepared by room temperature foaming of hydrogen peroxide and secondary foaming of high temperature foaming agent in the calcination process,so as to obtain the basis for the selection of foaming agent for thermal insulation material prepared by sintering method,and provide available rules for the preparation of thermal insulation material by high temperature sintering method.By selecting high temperature foaming agents with different foaming temperatures,adding amorphous SiO_(2)and ceramic polishing waste which affect the liquid phase formation temperature of red mud insulation materials to adjust the liquid phase formation temperature of insulation materials in the sintering process,the change of tissue composition,the measurement of thermal conductivity,water absorption and compressive strength of insulation materials in the sintering process were studied.The matching relationship between the liquid phase formation temperature and the foaming temperature of the high temperature foaming agent was determined.The results show that the decomposition temperature of the high temperature foaming agent should be above the softening temperature of the matrix,and the closer the two temperatures are,the lower the thermal conductivity of the formed material is.The thermal conductivity and compressive strength of high temperature foaming agent insulation material are 0.2832 W/(m·K)and 6.79 MPa under optimized conditions.
