摘  要:近年来,国内外针对水利领域的碳减排问题进行了大量探索和实践。文章简要介绍了碳达峰、碳中和提出的现实背景、概念及意义,归纳分析了“双碳”背景下水利工程的发展新思路及新形式。从水电减碳、施工减碳、管理减碳和生态减碳等四个不同路径出发,对当前水利领域减碳的构想及尝试进行分类归纳,明确了当前水利领域减碳的可行性,总结了国内外的最新成果,并对水利工程未来的发展进行了展望。In recent years,a large amount of exploration and practice have been conducted both domestically and abroad on carbon reduction issues in water conservancy.This article briefly introduces the practical background,concept and significance of the proposal of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”,and summarizes and analyzes the new ideas and forms of the development of water projects under the background of“dual carbon”.From different perspectives of carbon reduction in hydropower,construction,management,and ecology,this article categorizes and summarizes the current ideas and attempts to reduce carbon in water conservancy,clarifies the feasibility of carbon reduction in the current water conservancy field,concludes the latest achievements domestically and abroad and maps out the future development of water projects.
