摘  要:目的:比较不同消解方法对电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测PM_(2.5)中主要金属元素的影响。方法:分别采用水浴超声提取法和微波消解法对空气PM_(2.5)滤膜样品进行消解,再用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定铅、铝、镉、砷、铬、镍、锑、铍、锰、铊、硒、汞等12种金属元素的含量。结论:12种金属元素的相关系数都在0.999以上,精密度RSD在1.2﹪~2.2﹪,检测限在0.08~2.0μg·L~(-1),定量限在0.27~6.7μg·L^(-1)。通过比较两种消解方法对12种金属元素的回收率的影响,发现两种消解方法均具适用于PM_(2.5)滤膜样品中金属元素的消解。The air PM_(2.5) filter membrane samples were digested by water bath ultrasonic extraction method and microwave digestion method,respectively.The contents of 12 metallic elements(Al,As,Be,Cd,Cr,Mn,Ni,Pb,Sb,Tl,Se and Hg)in PM_(2.5) were determined by ICP-MS.The influence of two kinds of pre-treatment methods were explored.The correlation coefficients of the 12 metallic elements were greater than 0.999,the RSD of precision was between 1.2%and 2.2%,the limits of detection(LODs)were within 0.08—2.0μg·L^(-1),and limits of quantification were within 0.27—6.7μg·L^(-1).The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were within 1.2%—2.2%.Through diversity analysis,it was showed that there was no difference in the impact of the two pre-treatment methods on the recovery rates of 12 metallic elements,and both were suitable for the digestion of metallic elements in PM_(2.5) samples.
