摘 要:某厂4台EG蒸发塔检修过程中发现大量密集裂纹,为分析裂纹成因并提出处理措施,通过渗透检测、硬度测试、金相分析等方法,发现了裂纹产生机理。敏化、发生应变诱导马氏体相变的0Cr18Ni9,在温度、应力以及带有微量Cl^(-)和SO_(4)^(2-)的复杂腐蚀介质的协和交互作用下,产生网状沿晶或穿晶应力腐蚀裂纹。根据EG蒸发塔内壁裂纹形成机理,采取打磨消除补焊以及同材质贴板的方法,复检合格后未发现裂纹,处理措施经济有效,为类似0Cr18Ni9材料裂纹产生机理分析和处理提供参考。A large number of dense cracks were found during the maintenance of 4 EG evaporation columns in a factory.The mechanism of cracks was revealed by means of penetration detection,hardness test and metallographic analysis to analyze the causes of cracks and propose treatment measures.The sensitized 0Cr18Ni9 undergoing deformation-induced martensitic transformation results in a network of intergranular or transgranular stress corrosion cracks under the interaction of temperature,stress and complex corrosive media with trace amounts of Cl^(-)and SO_(4)^(2-).According to the formation mechanism of cracks on the inner wall of EG evaporation tower,the methods of grinding,eliminating,repairing welding,and attaching plates of the same material were adopted.After passing the re-inspection,no cracks were found.The treatment measures are cost-effective,providing a reference for the analysis and treatment of the crack generation mechanism of materials similar to 0Cr18Ni9.
