摘 要:基于2008-2020年28个省区市面板数据,构建科普能力创新指数指标体系来测量区域科普能力,采用PSM-DID评价政策效果,评估科普信息化政策是否影响了试点省份科普能力的提升。研究发现:科普信息化政策力度的加强,会促进试点省份科普能力发展指数的发展,从而促进科普能力发展。此外,还通过传导机制发现影响科普能力的不同影响因素,且科普政策的实施对科普能力发展指数的影响存在区域差异,其中相较于西部地区,东中部地区对科普政策的实施对科普能力发展指数的发展有更显著的影响。Based on panel data from 28 provinces and municipalities from 2008 to 2020,this study constructs an index system for measuring regional science popularization capability,namely the Science Popularization Capability Innovation Index.The PSM-DID method is employed to evaluate the effects of science popularization informatization policy on the science popularization capability of pilot provinces.The research findings indicate that strengthening the efforts of science popularization informatization policy promotes the development of the science popularization capability index in pilot provinces,thereby facilitating the advancement of science popularization capability.Additionally,through the transmission mechanism,different influencing factors on science popularization capability are identified.Moreover,there are regional differences in the impact of science popularization policy implementation on the development of the science popularization capability index.Specifically,compared to the western region,the implementation of science popularization policy has a more significant effect on the development of the science popularization capability index in the eastern and central regions.
