泊松冲击下两水平修理的温贮备系统的可靠性分析

摘  要:研究了具有泊松冲击下且当部件故障时采用两水平修理策略的温贮备系统,系统中部件的工作寿命、修理时间和存贮时间服从负指数分布。若泊松冲击强度超过工作部件的阈值或超过存贮部件的阈值或是超过工作部件本身的寿命时,则部件失效。运用了马尔可夫分析法,在考虑两因素(泊松冲击流和熟练修理工)下的温贮备系统,计算了系统的稳态可用度、稳态故障频度、平均故障部件数等可靠性指标的表达式。并通过实例分析说明了结论的有效性。实例1说明泊松冲击流和熟练修理工进入系统工作时,对系统的稳态产生了影响,这是需要考虑的,另外,稳态指标随着进入系统的泊松冲击流和熟练修理工因素的变化而变化,且变化趋势符合实际情况。实例2验证了当系统处在r=1,s=n,μ1=μ的特殊情况时,其稳态指标是一致的。A warm standby system with Poisson shock and two-level repair strategy is studied in this paper,the working life and repair time and storage time of components in the system are subjected to negative exponential distribution,the component will fail when the Poisson shock exceeds the threshold of the working part or storage part or the life of the working part itself.Markov analysis is used,under a warm standby system with both Poisson shock and skilled repairmen conditions,reliability index such as the steady-state availability and steady-state failure frequency are computed.The result of calculation is analyzed by application,which shows the validity of the conclusion.For example,the first example shows that the steady state of the system is affected by both Poisson shock and the skilled repairmen in the system,which is considered,moreover,the steady-state index varies with the Poisson shock and skilled repairmen entering the system,and the trend is realistic.It is verified the results of the steady state indexes in the two systems are consistent under the special condition of r=1,s=n,μ1=μin the second example.
