摘 要:目的 分析2020年四川省哨点医院沙门菌腹泻病例的流行特征和影响因素,以采取科学的防控措施,减少沙门菌感染。方法 收集2020年四川省食源性疾病监测数据,描述沙门菌腹泻病例的流行病学特征,并采用卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归对沙门菌感染的影响因素进行分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2020年四川省食源性疾病监测腹泻病例中沙门菌阳性率为5.52%(349/6 323),血清型分布中鼠伤寒沙门菌占比最多,为55.87%(195/349),全年有7月和10月2个高峰期,散居儿童、5至11月和蛋与蛋制品更容易发现沙门菌阳性患者。结论 沙门菌感染是四川省食源性腹泻病例的主要致病原因,全年有2个流行高峰期,不同职业、不同月份和不同食品分类可能引起沙门菌感染风险差异。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristic and influence factor of diarrhea cases with Salmonella infection in sentinel hospitals of Sichuan Province in 2020,so as to take scientific measures of prevention and control to reduce Salmonella infection.Methods The surveillance data of food-borne disease from sentinel hospitals of Sichuan in 2020 was collected,the epidemic characteristic of diarrhea cases with Salmonella infection was described,chi-square test method and multivariate Logistic regression mode were used to analyze the influence factors,and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results In 2020,the positive rate of Salmonella among diarrhea cases monitored by food-borne diseases in Sichuan Province were 5.52%(349/6323).Salmonella typhimurium accounted for the most in the serotype distribution,accounting for 55.87%(195/349).There were two peaks in July and October throughout the year.Salmonella positive patients were more likely to be found in scattered children,from May to November and in eggs and egg products.Conclusions Salmonella infection is an important cause of food-borne diarrhea in Sichuan Province.There are two epidemic peaks throughout the year.Different occupations,months and food classifications may cause different risk of Salmonella infection.
