摘　　要：目的 了解2021年海南省居民健康知识知晓水平及相关影响因素。方法 2021年11月至2022年1月采用多阶段抽样方法对海南省居民健康知识知晓情况开展网络问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验和二元Logistic回归进行统计分析(α=0.05)。结果 有效调查31 507人,健康知识知晓率为81.1%。不同居住地、性别、民族、年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭常住人口数和家庭平均月收入的的居民健康知识知晓情况的差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.001);二元Logistic回归分析显示除家庭常住人口数外,其余均是知晓健康知识的影响因素,女性知晓健康知识高于男性(OR=1.468);汉族高于其他民族(OR=1.160);高中或中专、大专和本科及以上高于小学(OR=1.689、1.838和2.773)(P<0.001)。结论 海南省居民的健康知识知晓水平不高,应进一步开展有针对性的健康教育,提升居民健康知识水平,促进全民健康。Objective To understand the level of health knowledge and the influencing factors of Hainan residents in 2021.Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to conduct a web-based questionnaire survey on the health knowledge of Hainan residents from November 2021 to January 2022,andχ^(2)test and binary logistic regression were used for statistical analysis(α=0.05).Results The effective survey was conducted among 31507 people,and the health knowledge awareness rate was 81.1%.The differences in health knowledge among residents of different residence,gender,ethnicity,age,education level,occupation,number of permanent household residents and average monthly household income were statistically significant(all P<0.001).The binary logistic regression analysis showed that all other factors were influential in knowing health knowledge except for the number of permanent household residents.Women had higher health knowledge level than men(odds ratio OR=1.468).The Han nationality was higher than other ethnic groups(OR=1.160).And high school or secondary school,and college,bachelor or above were higher than elementary school(OR=1.689,1.838 and 2.773,respectively)(P<0.001).Conclusions The health knowledge level of Hainan residents were not high.Targeted health education should be further carried out to improve the health knowledge level of residents and promote the health of the whole population.
