摘　　要：目的 比较Legiolert酶底物法和过滤培养法对公共场所洗浴水中嗜肺军团菌检测中应用效果。方法 2021年3至12月分别利用Legiolert酶底物法和过滤培养法对四川省10个市(州)公共场所洗浴水进行嗜肺军团菌检测,比较2种方法检出效果,对分离的菌株进行验证和血清分型。结果 共采集并检测洗浴水样131份,Legiolert酶底物法检出嗜肺军团菌水样80份,检出率为61.07%,而过滤培养法检出水样59份,检出率45.04%,2种方法检出率之间存在统计学差异(χ^(2)=6.758,P=0.009),2种方法检测符合率为74.81%,分离出90株菌特异性为100%,血清型以LP2-15为主。2种方法对嗜肺军团菌定量结果显示具有高度相关性(皮尔逊相关系数为0.945,P<0.001)。结论 Legiolert酶底物法可用于公共场所洗浴水中嗜肺军团菌的检验,其检出效果优于过滤培养法。Objective To compare the application effect of Legiolert enzyme substrate method and filtration culture method in the detection of legionella pneumophila in bath water of public place.Methods The legionella pneumophila in the bath water of public places in 10 cities of Sichuan Province were detected by the method of Legiolert enzyme substrate and the method of filtration culture from March to December in 2021,the detection effect of the two methods were compared,the isolated strains were verified and serotyped.Results A total of 131 bath water samples were collected and detected.80 Legionella pneumophila water samples were detected by Legiolert enzyme substrate method,with a detection rate of 61.07%,while 59 water samples were detected by filtration culture method,with a detection rate of 45.04%.There was a statistical difference between the two methods(χ^(2)=6.758,P=0.009),and the coincidence rate of the two methods was 74.81%.The specificity of 90 isolates was 100%,and LP2-15 was the main serotype.The quantitative results of the two methods showed a high correlation with Legionella pneumophila(Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.945,P<0.001).Conclusions The Legiolert enzyme substrate method can be used for the detection of Legionella pneumophila in bath water in public places,and its detection effect is better than filtration culture method.
