摘 要:餐厨垃圾中存在大量的有机物和无机盐且存在明显的时空差异性,该研究选取其中最为普遍的水分、盐和油脂作为变量进行耐受性试验分析。通过单因素试验结果表明,黑水虻幼虫最适含水率为70%,过高和过低的含水率均不适宜黑水虻幼虫的生长。最适含盐率为0%,说明黑水虻幼虫对于渗透压的改变较为敏感。最适含油率为2%,得出较低含量的油脂可以促进幼虫的生长。通过正交试验结果显示,试验中底物含水率、含盐率和含油率3种因素的影响由大到小依次为:含盐率>含油率>含水率。研究评估了黑水虻在处理餐厨垃圾过程中的耐受能力及生长状况,为后续产业化推广提供数据支撑。There are a large number of organic compounds and inorganic salts in kitchen garbage,and there are obvious temporal and spatial differences.In this study,the most common water,salt and grease were selected as variables to conduct tolerance test analysis.The results of single factor test showed that the optimum water content of black gadfly larvae was 70%,and both high and low water content were not suitable for the growth of black gadfly larvae.The optimal salt content was 0%,which indicated that black horsefly larvae were sensitive to the change of osmotic pressure.The optimal oil content is 2%,so the lower oil content can promote the growth of larvae.The orthogonal test results show that the influence of substrate moisture content,salt content and oil content is in the order of salt content>oil content>moisture content.This study evaluated the tolerance and growth status of black horsefly in the process of food waste treatment,providing data support for the subsequent industrial promotion.
