摘 要:为提升路面冷再生乳化剂的乳化性能,突破沥青路面冷再生技术中乳化剂性能的瓶颈,采用碱性木质素(AL)为原材料,通过曼尼希(Mannich)反应和引入二乙醇胺(C_(4)H_(10)N_(2)O)与缩水甘油三甲基氯化铵(C_(7)H_(15)ClN_(2)O_(2),GTMAC)作为表面活性剂,制备了一种新型胺功能化复合阳离子型木质素乳化剂(ACCLE),目的在于提供一种性能优良、原材料来源广泛且合成原理与工艺可行的乳化剂,为沥青路面冷再生技术的广泛应用提供技术支持。针对木质素浓度对乳化剂性能的影响,通过优化试验参数获得了乳化剂最佳掺量。在最佳掺量下,ACCLE乳化剂的导电率比碱性木质乳化剂(ALE)提高了102.1%,改性乳化沥青(ACCLE-EA)的粒径比未改性乳化沥青(LE-MA)降低了68.87%,表明ACCLE乳化剂显著提高了沥青乳化性能。为揭示ACCLE乳化剂乳化性能的增强机理,采用分子动力学模拟方法,探讨了胺功能化复合阳离子型木质素乳化剂与沥青分子间的相互作用。结果表明:ACCLE乳化剂中胺基团的引入增强了乳化剂与沥青分子之间的静电作用力和氢键作用,从而提高了乳化剂的乳化性能;采用碱性木质素制备的ACCLE具有原材料来源广泛、性能优良、合成原理与工艺可行等优点;ACCLE乳化剂制备过程简单、成本低廉,有望降低沥青路面冷再生技术的生产成本,推动其在道路工程中的广泛应用。To enhance the emulsification performance of cold-recycling emulsifiers for asphalt pavement and to break through the performance bottleneck of emulsifiers in cold recycling technology for asphalt pavement,using alkaline lignin(AL)as the raw material,a novel amine-functionalized composite cationic lignin emulsifier(ACCLE)is prepared through the Mannich reaction and introducing diethanolamine(C_(4)H_(10)N_(2)O)and glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(C_(7)H_(15)ClN_(2)O_(2),GTMAC)as surfactants.The goal is to provide an emulsifier with excellent performance,widespread raw material availability,and feasible synthesis principles and processes to support the widespread application of cold recycling technology for asphalt pavement.In view of the influence of lignin concentration on the performance of the emulsifier,the best dosage of the emulsifier is obtained by optimizing experimental parameters.At the optimal dosage,the conductivity of ACCLE emulsifier increased by 102.1%compared to Alkaline Lignin Emulsifier(ALE),and the particle size of modified emulsified asphalt(ACCLE-EA)is decreased by 68.87%compared to unmodified emulsified asphalt((ALE-EA),indicating that the ACCLE emulsifier significantly improved the emulsification performance of asphalt.To reveal the enhancement mechanism of ACCLE emulsifier's emulsification performance,the interactions between the amine-functionalized composite cationic lignin emulsifier and asphalt molecules is discussed by using molecular dynamics simulation method.The result shows that(1)the introduction of amino groups in the ACCLE emulsifier strengthened the electrostatic forces and hydrogen bonding between emulsifier and asphalt molecules,thereby improved the emulsifying performance of emulsifier;(2)the ACCLE prepared from alkaline lignin has the advantages of widespread raw material availability,excellent performance,and feasible synthesis principles and processes;(3)the preparation process of the ACCLE emulsifier is simple and cost-effective,which is expected to reduce the produc
