摘 要:针对目前架空管道普遍采用人工攀爬到管道上除锈的现状,提出一种可用于架空管道在役除锈的刚柔耦合除锈方法。分析其除锈特性,建立除锈力数学模型,分析除锈力影响因素及除锈均匀性问题,设计架空管道自动除锈装置,搭建除锈实验平台,研究刚柔耦合除锈方法的除锈可行性以及弹簧压紧力和相对运动速度对除锈的影响,并与无弹簧双向刚性摩擦除锈进行对比。实验结果表明:架空管道刚柔耦合除锈方法是可行的,可达到St3级除锈等级,满足管道除锈的要求。In view of the current situation that manual climbing is widely used for rust removal of overhead pipelines,a rigid-flexible coupling rust removal method which could be used for rust removal of overhead pipelines in service was proposed.Its rust removal characteristics were analyzed,the mathematical model of rust removal force was established,and the influencing factors of rust removal force and the problem of rust removal uniformity were analyzed.An automatic rust removal device for overhead pipelines was designed.Finally,a rust removal experimental platform was built,the feasibility of rigid-flexible coupling rust removal method and the effects of spring compression force and relative motion speed on rust removal were studied,and the method was compared with two-way rigid friction rust removal method without spring.The experimental results show that the rigid-flexible coupling rust removal method for overhead pipeline is feasible,which can reach the rust removal grade of St3 and meet the requirements of pipeline rust removal.
