摘  要:为了满足工程机械的发展要求,提高液压系统的节能性,设计一种负载敏感电液比例系统压力补偿器。通过分析该新型压力补偿器的工作原理,基于AMESim仿真平台搭建仿真模型,利用控制变量法研究定差减压阀弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力以及黏性摩擦系数对压力补偿器动态性能的影响,又通过正交仿真研究了不同参数组合对压力补偿器性能的影响,从而对压力补偿器进行了优化设计。最后,搭建试验平台对负载敏感电液比例阀的压力补偿器进行了测试,试验结果表明:新型压力补偿器具有良好的动态特性,主阀口压差约为0.52 MPa,响应时间小于0.12 s,验证了仿真模型的正确性。In order to meet the development requirements of construction machinery and improve the energy saving of hydraulic system,a load sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional system pressure compensator was designed.By analyzing the working principle of the new pressure compensator,the simulation model was built based on AMESim simulation platform.The effects of spring stiffness,spring preload and viscous friction coefficient of differential pressure reducing valve on the dynamic performance of the pressure compensator were studied by using the control variable method,and the effects of different parameter combinations on the performance of the pressure compensator were studied by orthogonal simulation,so as to optimize the design of the pressure compensator.Finally,a test platform was built to test the pressure compensator of the load sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional valve.The test results show that the new pressure compensator has good dynamic characteristics,the pressure difference at the main valve port is about 0.52 MPa,and the response time is less than 0.12 s,which verify the correctness of the simulation model.
