摘 要:液压元件的使用寿命以及使用性能受多因素影响,其中一个重要影响因素就是环形缝隙。现以应用Valvistor阀控制原理的电液比例方向阀为研究对象,从其结构和工作原理出发,分析几种可能的泄漏途径,利用环形间隙流量公式、圆盘间隙流量公式以及阀口流量公式,建立整阀的数学模型。在此基础上,在SimulationX中建立比例方向阀的多学科仿真模型,分别对影响间隙流量的因素:间隙宽度、间隙长度和间隙端压差对比例阀性能的影响做了仿真分析,仿真结果与理论结果相吻合。研究结果表明:间隙流量主要受间隙宽度的影响,对阀芯位移和输出流量有良好的控制性能,尤其是对阀的压力增益的影响,使得对负载压力有较好的控制灵敏度。The service life of hydraulic components,as well as the use performance,is affected by multiple factors,one of the important influencing factors is the annular gap.Now the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve applying Valvistor valve control principle was taken as the research object.From its structure and working principle,several possible leakage paths were analyzed,and the mathematical model of the whole valve was established by using annular gap flow formula,disc gap flow formula and valve port flow formula.Based on this,a multidisciplinary simulation model of the proportional directional valve was established in SimulationX.The simulation analysis of the factors affecting the gap flow:gap width,gap length and gap end differential pressure on the performance of the proportional valve was done separately,and the simulation results matched with the theoretical results.The results show that the gap flow is mainly influenced by the gap width,and has good control performance on the spool displacement and output flow,especially on the pressure gain of the valve,which makes a good control sensitivity to the load pressure.
