摘  要:【目的】堆石混凝土筑坝技术采用机械化施工,具备仓面无人化、少人化高效施工建设与管理的潜质。近年来,随着信息技术的快速发展,堆石混凝土坝建设也逐步向信息化、智能化施工管理转型。【方法】提出了项目群多场景并行控制方法,采用统一的集成管理平台和功能架构,实现了堆石混凝土坝项目群的协同管理;围绕堆石混凝土关键质量控制环节,基于多元传感器和物联网技术开展工程数据感知与互联;基于云平台、视频监控与人工智能算法,开展堆石混凝土施工质量分析、评价与控制。【结果】堆石混凝土坝施工管理信息平台集成了混凝土生产-泵送-浇筑质量监控、大坝施工期温度全面感知、堆石混凝土密实性检测、仓面堆石质量AI评价、工程进度管理等功能模块。【结论】提出的信息化管理工程解决方案,将有力推动堆石混凝土坝建设与管理水平的提升。[Objective]The rock-filled concrete(RFC)construction technology is mechanized,which has great potential for the unmanned or less labor construction.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,the construction of RFC dams has been gradually transforming to the informationized or intelligent construction management.[Methods]This paper proposes a multi-project and multi-scene parallel control method,in which condition a unified integrated management platform with the same functional framework is adopted to realize the concurrent collaborative management of RFC project groups.While the critical factors of RFC quality are concentrated on,the multiple sensors and internet of things(IoT)technology are adopted for the perception and interconnection of the engineering data.At the same time,the cloud platform with some embedded artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms is involved in the quality analysis,evaluation and control.[Results]The construction information management platform of rock-filled concrete dam is integrated by several functional modules,including the monitoring of concrete production-pumping-pouring quality,the comprehensive sensing of dam temperature,the detection of RFC compactness,the AI evaluation of rockfill quality,and the management of project progress,etc.[Conclusion]The proposed engineering solution of informatization management will effectively promote the continuous improvement of the construction quality and management level for the RFC projects.
