摘  要:渤海地区海水及地下卤水资源丰富,自古以来就是古代盐业生产的重要地区,最早可以追溯到商周时期。山东寿光侯辛庄唐宋时期遗址出土了大量钙化物、铁锈块等制盐遗物,为研究中国唐宋时期制盐技术提供了大量的实物资料。本研究采用能量色散型X射线荧光分析(ED-XRF)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、锶同位素分析、碳氧同位素分析等多种技术手段,对该遗址的钙化物及铁锈块进行分析检测,以了解山东地区唐宋时期的制盐手工业技术。结果表明,该遗址为一功能复杂的制盐遗址,钙镁碳酸盐证明该遗址的制盐性质,铁锈块证明所使用的制盐工具为盘铁。Abundant in seawater and underground brine,the Bohai Sea region has been an important ancient salt production area since the Shang and Zhou Dynasties.Copious salt production remains such as calcium compounds and rust blocks have been unearthed in Houxinzhuang site,Shouguang City,Shandong Province dating back to the Tang and Song Dynasties,which provide a wealth of materials for the study of salt production technology in China during this period.To learn about the salt-making technology of the Tang and Song dynasties in Shandong,various technology methods were conducted in this work such as energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis(ED-XRF),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),strontium isotope analysis,and carbon and oxygen isotope analysis.The result shows that the site is a salt production site with complicated functions.The calcium and magnesium carbonate marks the manufacture of salt.While the rust blocks indicate that salt-making tools used here were“pan tie”(iron plates).
