摘 要:为提高牵引供电关键设备状态检修能力,设计了一套适用于重载铁路的SF_6断路器服役健康管理系统。利用Winform开发可视化界面,采用MySQL数据库和云服务器建立数据基本台账,以牵引变电所内各断路器历史试验数据为驱动,构建了高压断路器机理和经验的状态评估模型,机理模型采用主观层次分析主成分分析(AHP-PCA)确定主客观权重,选择合适的隶属函数进行组合,最后进行模糊运算得到合适评语。经验模型选择PCA联合支持向量机(SVM)进行分类预测,评估设备运行工况。经验证,分级联合评估模型在铁路设备状态检修方面得到较好反馈,反映了该模型及系统的可靠性和准确性。To improve the maintenance capability of key traction power supply equipment,a set of SF suitable for heavyduty railways has been designed_6.Health management system for circuit breaker service.Using Winform to develop a visual interface,MySQL database and cloud server were used to establish a basic data ledger.Driven by historical test data of each circuit breaker in the traction substation,a state evaluation model for the mechanism and experience of highvoltage circuit breakers was constructed.The mechanism model used AHP-PCA to determine subjective and objective weights,selected appropriate membership functions for combination,and finally performed fuzzy operations to obtain appropriate comments.Empirical model selection PCA-SVM joint classification prediction to evaluate equipment operating conditions.After verification,the hierarchical joint evaluation model has received good feedback in railway equipment condition maintenance,reflecting the reliability and accuracy of the model and system.
