摘  要:针对采用传统物理连接方式的起爆装置存在结构复杂、安全性较低、功耗大、起爆能力不足等问题,研究设计一种基于LoRa的远程多路起爆系统,系统采用SEMTECH公司SX1268射频芯片的LoRa模块进行数据传输,具有功耗低、抗干扰能力强、传输距离远等优势,并分析了LoRa的低功耗工作原理与起爆装置的安全控制电路。对雷管的发火参数进行模拟分析,并开展通信距离测试实验与多路起爆测试实验。结果显示,系统可实现在500~1500 m的水平距离区间远程遥控10台起爆装置完成储能、多路起爆、数据采集、电量泄放操作,每台起爆装置起爆能力可实现100发,起爆成功率为100%。起爆装置各通道相互独立,抗干扰能力强,安全性高。远程多路起爆系统操作简单,灵活性好,为爆破技术逐渐智能化和少人化提供了新的方案。Aiming at the problems of complex structure,low safety,high power consumption and insufficient initiation capability of the traditional physical connection initiation device,a remote multi-channel initiation system based on LoRa is designed.The system uses the LoRa module of SEMTECH SX1268 RF chip for data transmission.It has the advantages of low power consumption,strong anti-interference ability and long transmission distance,and analyzes the low power working principle of LoRa and the safety control circuit of the detonation device.The ignition parameters of the detonator are simulated and analyzed,and the communication distance test and multiple initiation test are carried out.The results show that the system can remotely control 10 detonators in the horizontal distance range of 500~1500 m to complete the operations of energy storage,multiple initiation,data acquisition and power discharge.The initiation capacity of each detonator can achieve 100 rounds,and the initiation success rate is 100%.Each channel of the initiation device is independent of each other,with strong anti-interference ability and high safety.The remote multiple initiation system has the advantages of simple operation and good flexibility,which provides a new scheme for the gradual intellectualization and less humanization of blasting technology.
