摘　　要：静脉用药调配中心(简称"静配中心")的工作关系到静脉用药的用药安全、合理用药以及工作人员的职业暴露风险防范,环节比较复杂。做好静配中心工作,需要有规范的质量管理制度。因此,静配中心应当按照《静脉用药调配中心建设与管理指南(试行)》的要求,对质量管理的核心要素进行总结,认真学习,深入理解,制定对应的实施细则,在工作中贯彻落实。The work of PIVAS is related to the safety of intravenous medication,rational medication and the prevention of occupational exposure of staff,and the working links of PIVAS are relatively complex.To do a good job of PIVAS,it is necessary to have a standardized quality management system.Therefore,PIVAS should sort out the core elements of quality management in accordance with the requirements of the'Guidelines for the Construction and Management of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(Trial)’,carefully study,deeply understand,formulate corresponding implementation systems,implement them in the work and make records.
