摘　　要：该文从静脉用药集中调配的定义,工作的专业范畴,静脉用药调配中心(简称"静配中心")具体工作如用药医嘱审核、防范给药错误、确保药品稳定性、以及溶媒、基础输液的选择等诸多环节阐述了静配中心工作内涵,即完成药物调剂、确保用药安全,其工作人员应具备药学专业资质的必要性,药学人员是静配工作最终质量达成的最重要的要素。纵观中外静配的发展史,可以判定静配中心工作人员主体是药学人员符合静配属于药学工作的发展规律,药学人员可以确保医院临床调配输液药物、使用输液药物的安全有效。This article elaborates on the definition of centralized intravenous admixture service,the professional scope of work,and the specific work of the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),such as:reviewing medication orders,preventing medication errors,ensuring drug stability,and selecting appropriate solvents and fluids.The connotation of the work of the PIVAS is to complete drug dispensing and ensure medication safety.The staff must have professional qualifications in pharmacy.Pharmacy personnel is the most important element for the final quality of PIVAS work.Looking at the development history of static compounding of Chinese and Foreign Quiet Pairing,it can be judged that the primary staff of PIVAS are pharmacists,which conforms to the development law of static compounding belonging to pharmaceutical work,and pharmacists can ensure the safety and effectiveness of hospital clinical deployment and use of infusion drugs.
