渤海海峡跨海通道工程建设前期研究与建议

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济发展,建设跨海通道工程的需求越来越迫切,特别是渤海海峡通道工程,近年来受到各方广泛关注。为推动我国渤海海峡跨海通道工程建设,采用文献调查、现场调研、统计分析等研究方法,梳理了历年来渤海海峡通道的研究成果,分析渤海海峡通道建设的必要性和可行性,研究渤海海峡通道的建设方案。研究结论如下:(1)渤海海峡通道是我国综合立体交通网规划中南北沿海大通道的重要组成部分,每年可节约燃油100余万t,减少碳排放800余万t,建设渤海海峡通道工程对我国节能减排、优化区域国土空间布局十分必要;(2)近年来我国在交通基础设施建设领域飞速发展,已具备修建渤海海峡通道技术和装备条件;(3)建议采取先期建设铁路通道,预留公路通道方案,采用客货混运,客车速度目标值为250 km/h,货车牵引质量5000 t;(4)建议跨海通道以全隧道方式穿越渤海海峡,采用掘进机法进行施工。With the development of Chinas society and economy,the demand for the construction of cross-sea channel project is becoming more and more urgent,especially the Bohai Strait Channel Project,which has attracted wide attention from all parties in recent years.In order to promote the construction of the Bohai Strait Channel Project,this paper summarized the research results of the Bohai Strait Channel over the years,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the Bohai Strait Channel construction,studied the construction of the Bohai Strait Channel.Conclusion:(1)The Bohai Strait Channel is an important part of the north-south coastal corridor in Chinas comprehensive three-dimensional transportation network planning.It can save more than 1 million tons of fuel oil and reduce carbon emissions by more than 8 million tons of carbon oil every year.The construction of the Bohai Strait Channel project is necessary for energy conservation and emission reduction and optimizing the regional spatial layout;(2)In recent years,China has developed rapidly in the field of transportation infrastructure construction,and has the technical and equipment conditions for the construction of the Bohai Strait channel;(3)It is suggested to adopt the construction of railway channel in advance,reserve the highway channel scheme,and adopt passenger and freight mixed transportation.The speed target value of passenger cars is 250 km/h,and the traction mass of trucks is 5000 t;(4)It is suggested to use the tunnel through the Bohai Strait and use the roadmachine method for construction.
