摘 要:植物分泌腔是合成与储存各种重要次生代谢物的特殊内分泌结构。它们普遍存在于维管植物中具有复杂的组织分布模式,其结构的演化形成是植物长期抵御外界胁迫侵害与防止“自毒”的关键性适应。腔内储存次生代谢物不仅在植物防御中发挥重要作用,同时也是许多医药原料与商业原料的重要来源。科研与生产实践证明,研究植物分泌腔结构及其形态建成具有理论与实践意义。本文详尽综述分泌腔的结构本质与腔内分泌物的化学构成、生物学功能、起源与发育及其遗传调控等方面的国内外研究成果,为相关研究提供指导。The secretory cavity of plant is a specific endocrine structure for synthesizing and storing various important secondary metabolites.They are ubiquitous in vascular plants and have complex distribution patterns in plant tissues.The evolution of their structures is a key adaptation process of plants resisting external stresses and preventing"autotoxicity"over time.The secondary metabolites stored in the secretory cavities not only play important roles in plant defense,but also are important sources of many pharmaceutical and commercial raw materials.Scientific researches and industrial practices have proven that it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the structure and morphogenesis of plant secretory cavities.This paper thoroughly reviews the recent advances on the structural nature,chemical composition,biological function,origin,development of secretory cavities,and the regulation of their morphogenesis at the genetic level.The purpose of this review is to shed light on future researches concerning the plant secretory cavities.
